Payment Terms

Thank you for choosing Wetechcoder for your digital marketing, web development, and related services. To ensure a clear understanding and smooth project execution, please review our payment terms below.

1. Payment Schedule for Digital Products and Services

Our digital products and services require payments in multiple stages as follows:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost must be paid in advance before the project commencement.
• Mid-Project Payment: 30% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the project milestones or agreed deliverables.
• Final Payment: The remaining 20% balance must be paid before the final delivery or submission of the completed project.

Important: If the final payment is not received as agreed, Wetechcoder reserves the right to delete or remove the project files and deliverables from our servers and systems.

2. Payment Terms for Third-Party Services

For any third-party services such as domain registration, hosting/server services, paid advertising campaigns, licenses, theme purchases, or other product acquisitions, the client is required to pay 100% of the cost upfront, including applicable taxes as per the third-party provider.

3. Taxes and Additional Charges

All payments for services and third-party products are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law or the relevant jurisdiction. These taxes will be added to the invoice and must be paid by the client.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods. Payment details will be provided in the invoice.

5. Late Payment and Project Suspension

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in delays or suspension of project work. We reserve the right to pause any ongoing work until payments are received as per the agreed terms.

6. Refund Policy

Payments made are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital services and products.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative assets, code, and deliverables remain the property of Wetechcoder until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client as per the project agreement.

8. Compliance with Policies

All services and campaigns managed by Wetechcoder comply with Google’s advertising policies, social media platform guidelines, and relevant legal regulations. Clients agree to cooperate in providing accurate information and approvals to ensure compliance.
